Client Responsibilities To ensure timely delivery: You must provide all necessary content, brand assets, and access credentials. Communication delays may affect timelines, for which Jhango is not liable. 3. Payment Terms All payments must be made in full upfront unless agreed otherwise in writing. Pricing is listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Invoices are non-negotiable once the project has started. 4. No Refund Policy Due to the digital and custom nature of our services and themes, we do not offer refunds on any payments made. Once the work begins or files are delivered, no refund will be processed under any circumstances. 5. Intellectual Property Custom stores built for clients are their property after full payment. Jhango retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio. Shopify themes sold by Jhango are licensed for use on a single store unless specified otherwise. 6. Limitation of Liability We do our best to deliver high-quality results. However, we are not liable for: Downtime or issues caused by third-party apps or Shopify’s core updates Revenue loss or indirect damages resulting from delays or changes 7. Termination Jhango reserves the right to terminate any service or project if the client: Violates these terms Becomes unresponsive for more than 15 days No refunds will be provided in such cases. 8.
